What we do
Three ways we work
Garage Floor Coatings
The upgrade you notice every single day. Durable, easy to clean, and it makes the whole space look finished.
Residential Concrete
Basements, workshops, home gyms, utility rooms, anywhere you have bare concrete you are tired of looking at.
Commercial Floors
Warehouses, shops, showrooms and retail. Built for traffic, cleaning, and the reality that you cannot shut down for a week.
The part you do not see
The floor you see is the last 20 percent of the job
Most coatings that fail did not fail because of the product. They failed because nobody prepared the concrete.
We grind every square foot, edges and corners included, with diamond tooling, so the coating grips the surface instead of sitting on it.
We repair the cracks. Chased open, filled, cured, ground flush.
We test the slab for moisture. It is one of the two most common reasons floors fail, and almost nobody checks.
It takes longer. It is why our floors stay down.
Before we quote
We test every slab
Moisture moving up through concrete is one of the most common reasons coatings blister and let go, and almost nobody checks for it before quoting. We test yours as part of the free estimate and tell you honestly what it means. Sometimes that means recommending a moisture barrier. Occasionally it means telling you not to coat the floor at all.
We would rather lose the job than put our name on a floor that is going to fail.
Flooring options
Pick a look you will still like in five years
Buttercream
Cream, white and soft sage. The lightest blend we offer.
Photo of a finished floor in this blend coming soon.
These are the blends we stock. We bring physical samples to every estimate, because a swatch on a screen will never tell you what six hundred square feet actually looks like.
Metallic epoxy
Reflective pigment in clear resin, worked while it is wet to create depth and movement. Seamless, high gloss, and no two floors are ever the same.
Every floor is unique
You pick the colours and the style. The movement happens on the day, we cannot reproduce a photo exactly, and that is the point.
Repairs will show
The pattern cannot be recreated, so damage will not blend the way flake does. If it is a hard-working space, flake is the better call.
Anti-slip recommended
It is slippery when wet. We recommend an additive on every metallic floor and consider it a must in wet areas.
Flake or metallic? Flake is the workhorse. Metallic is the showpiece. Not sure? We will walk the space and tell you honestly which one belongs there.
The question everyone asks
What does it cost
Every floor is different, so we will not pretend there is one number. Here is what actually moves the price.
- The size of the space
- What condition the concrete is in
- How much crack and concrete repair it needs
- Whether there is an existing coating to remove
- The moisture reading
- Which system you choose
That is why we come measure it. The estimate is free, takes about 45 minutes, and you will leave with a written proposal and three options, no pressure and no obligation.
